Jacqueline O. Odiadi (Mrs.)

Her exposure to Administrative, Managerial and Company Secretaryship started when she served as the Assistant Company Secretary/ Legal Adviser with the now defunct Kwara Industrial Trust Fund Limited (KITFL), then owned by 3 state governments in Nigeria, Kwara, Kogi and Niger States.
She qualified as a Chartered Secretaries & Administrators in 2005 and thereafter became a Fellow and Member of Council, Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN). Jacqueline is also a full Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK and Nigeria of which she qualified in 2004.

She has also undertaken several managerial courses and training with the Institute of Management Consultants of Nigeria (MIMC), and its affiliate, West African Institute of Management Consultants (WAFIAMC).She belongs to other professional bodies including the Nigerian Association of Petroleum Explorationist (MNAPE), Member, Association of Pension Funds of Nigeria and Member, Energy Club.


A professional per excellence, Jacqueline is the Principal Partner, Samuel J.O. Associates    (Attorneys, Arbitrators and Company Secretaries) and Chief Executive Officer, Lewis Partners Consulting.

A firm believer that responsible Corporate Governance will promote responsive corporate Social Responsibility she is a founding member and Executive Director, Development Support Institute Ltd/Gte, a non-Profit organization with focus on equipping women, the youth and socially displaced persons to promote their economic development and self-reliance.

Jacqueline Olayemi Odiadi (Mrs.) holds the LLB, LLM BL degrees in Law as well as the MCIArb (UK) and FICSAN. She is studied Law at the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State, Class of 1990; she completed her course of study with a 2nd Class Upper Division. She later attended the Nigerian Law School, Victoria Island, Lagos in 1991 also finishing in the 2nd Class Upper Division. Jacqueline, proceeded immediately after NYSC in Kwara State, to the University of Lagos, Akoka, Lagos where she obtained her Masters Degree in Law with the class of 1992/93.
